I am a master in Usui Reiki, Sekhem All Love Reiki, Karuna Ki Compassion Reiki. I am also a certified distance healer in the Let Animals Lead® Animal Reiki method.
Let Animals Lead® Animal Reiki is a gentle, hands-free practice that is beneficial for all types of animals (cats, dogs, horses, bunnies, lizards, guinea pigs, etc.) Reiki is emotionally supportive for anxiety, pain, or any emotional distress your pet may be exhibiting. Animal Reiki sessions are ideal for foster/rescue/shelter animals that may have experienced trauma prior to being adopted. Animal Reiki is also highly beneficial for easing stress while introducing new pets into your home.

Reiki for Self Expression and Open Communication
Hi everyone! I created this Sekhem All Love Reiki session to balance the throat chakra (visshuda, which means "pure" or "purification.") It is the center of communication and self-expression. This will encourage you to speak your truth, express yourself, advocate for yourself, and share your creativity out loud.
In this session: we do energy healing, breath work, and self massage. I've also included journal prompts for you to ponder. Since this is focused on the throat, feel free to say these aloud or record a voice memo to yourself.
